Order
In order to track your products, you must go to the order confirmation email and click on "View your order".
Send us an email to sales@cafidepets.com.au and we will answer you in less than 48 hours.
In the event that you have placed an order and want to cancel it before it is shipped, you can send us an email to sales@cafidepets.com.au.
Shipment
Unfortunately we don't ship overseas at the moment, but we are working on it. For Europe, visit global website: www.cafidepets.com
Many Cafide products are held in stock locally in Australia. Upon confirming your order we will dispatch within 2 business days. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow approximately 1 week delivery for metro areas, 2-3 weeks for regional areas. Our desire is to house your pet with Cafide products as soon as possible!
At times our products can sell out, or awaiting incoming new stock from our manufacturing plants in Europe. In these cases please allow up to 4-6 weeks delivery time.
If you have any questions on stock or delivery times our friendly pet activist team are always here to help via sales@cafidepets.com.au to give personal service and order updates.
Returns
You have up to 14 days, from when you receive the product at home, to return your order. To process the return, you just have to send us an email to sales@cafidepets.com.au.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@cafidepets.com.au. Please inform order number, email address, reason of return, and a picture of the item.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive the items, we will send you a refund.
Note: Cafide Pets Australia does not cover return shipping. Remember: You have 14 days from the moment of your order to return the product(s).

The warranty period for all our products is 1 years.
Our warranty covers the replacement of affected products in the event of manufacturing defects.
The following are excluded from the guarantee:
- Burns, cuts, scratches, wrinkles, marks, scratches or other damage caused by animals or improper or incorrect use of the product as recommended and advertised.
- Use and contact with chemical products (acids, solvents, dyes, paint, ammonia, lacquers or other hairdressing products...), treatment with cleaning products not indicated for the specific upholstery of the guaranteed product.
- Natural variations in color or texture due to normal use and/or maintenance not in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
- Non-premature wear or aging of the product.
- Damages and indirect losses of any kind.
